We process your contact form submissions to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is:

- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed at us.
04 How long we keep it
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, and then delete them. As a guideline, messages are deleted within 12 months unless an ongoing matter requires longer retention.
05 Who we share data with
We use Formspree (Formspree, Inc., based in the United States) to receive and forward form submissions. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We also use email service providers to read and reply to your messages.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else except where required by law.
06 International data transfers
Because Formspree is based in the United States, your form submission is transferred outside the EU/EEA, UK, and Isle of Man. This transfer is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent UK/IoM safeguards, which Formspree relies on as a data processor (see formspree.io/security).
